Can you tell me something about yourselves?
We are a family run business, which began trading on ebay in February 2008 and expanded to this website in September 2008. We are members of the fair trader auction scheme.
We operate as Kay Mills, but our registered business name is Mills Classic Motors.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Postage is charged at £2.99 per order for UK customers, £10 per kilo for European customers and £13 per kilo for everywhere else. Delivery is via 1st class post to the UK or Airmail to addresses outside the UK. We aim to post within 2 working days of receiving your order, but this may take a little longer before Christmas. We will always notify you that your order is on the way.
Please note that your order may be delivered in separate parcels. This is because some items come direct from the manufacturer.
Can you deliver to an address that's different to my billing address?
Yes, simply let us know the address when you checkout (there's a space for this on our checkout system).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, American Express or direct debit via Paypal or Google Checkout. We also accept direct bank transfer (UK customers only), details will be provided at checkout. Cheques or postal orders payable to Kay Mills.
Are my details kept private?
Yes. Paypal and Google collect our online payments and you will be redirected at an appropriate point in the checkout process to the site of your choice for you to make payment. We are notified once your payment has gone through, but do not know how you paid or any of your card or account numbers.
We only hold sufficient information about you so that we can fulfill your order. We will never disclose any of your personal information to third parties unless required to do so by law.
What is your refund policy?
If your purchase has arrived damaged, then please contact us via email in the first instance.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or a refund, less postage, direct to your original payment method, subject to you returning the goods back to us in good condition.

Our products are not meant to be used as toys. We accept no responsibility for any damage or personal injury caused by our products if they are not used correctly.
Where a product specifically states that it is not dishwasher safe, we accept no liability for damage caused as a result of washing it by this method.
In the event of any dispute arising between Mills Classic Motors and you, the customer, UK law applies.
